Business and Information Technology - Management (BaIT-M) is a tech company focusing on solutions that work best for individuals and organizations. BaIT-M, founded in February 2016 has consulting, training, real estate, investment, e-commerce and not-for-profit sectors.  The not-for-profit sector has a program called H.E.L.P.A - Hindrances in Education Leadership & Public-speaking Awareness.

Our business management function is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of your organization, and then develop business strategies to manage your objectives, finances, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. BaIT-M will work with your organization business managers leveraging on a thorough understanding of your organization's goals and objectives, as well as its industry and market.

2. Our IT management function will manage your organization's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks using IT managers that have a thorough understanding of the technologies available to your organization. We will identify and implement solutions that meet your organization's needs.

3. We collaborate with your business and IT manager to ensure that your organization's technology infrastructure is aligned with the business's goals and objectives. We will work closely with you to identify technology solutions that will support your organization's business strategies.

4. Your goals and objectives will be communicated to our IT managers, and our IT managers will recommend the technology to support those goals and objectives.

5. We will help you to develop  a proper IT governance framework to ensure that your organization's IT operations are aligned with the business's goals and objectives. The IT governance will include processes for decision-making, risk management, and performance measurement.

6. We will develop a business process management practice to optimize your business processes and improve efficiency /effectiveness.
